The program’s profile has been shaped by considering current trends in research and science, developments in professional training in Robotics and Industrial Automation, the practical needs of professionals in these fields, the general standards of comparable programs at Greek and foreign universities, and the need to adapt the program’s content and operation to the characteristics of the Greek economy.
The postgraduate program consists of the following categories of courses and assignments, described below with reference to the full-time study framework:
- Core Courses. There are four (4) core courses in total, which form the foundation of the Robotics specialization. Each mandatory course corresponds to 7.5 ECTS credits.
- Specialization Courses. These are the remaining four (4) courses of the curriculum. Each specialization course corresponds to 7.5 ECTS credits.
- Master’s Thesis. All students are required to complete the thesis in the final semester (third semester for full-time students, fifth semester for part-time students). The thesis corresponds to 30 ECTS credits.
