The General Assembly (G.A.) of the Department is responsible for the smooth operation of the program. The Assembly consists of the Department Chair, the Teaching and Research Staff (TRS) members of the Department, and representatives of the Special Teaching Staff (STS), Technical Laboratory Staff (TLS), and the students. The G.A. is responsible for appointing the Director and instructors of the program, selecting the members of the Coordinating Committee (C.C.), forming advisory committees, examination committees, committees for the selection or evaluation of prospective postgraduate students as needed, and awarding postgraduate degrees.
The Coordinating Committee is composed of the Program Director and four (4) members of the Department’s Teaching and Research Staff with expertise relevant to the Robotics postgraduate program. The C.C. is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the program.
The Program Director chairs the C.C. and submits proposals to the G.A. and the C.C. on matters related to the effective operation of the program.
For administrative support, a dedicated Postgraduate Program Secretariat operates within the Department Secretariat, handling various aspects of the program’s management. The responsibility for its operation lies with the Department Secretary.
